About Shilpa Kollari

I’ve been drawn to the world of yoga and wellness since I was young – but like many, I didn’t fully lean into it until life demanded it.

For years, I thrived in the corporate world – leading teams, building strategies, chasing outcomes. But somewhere in the pursuit of performance, I left myself behind. My body felt drained. My mind was cluttered. I couldn’t hear my own thoughts anymore.

That’s when I returned to what had always been quietly calling me – yoga.

What began as a personal reset grew into my life’s work. I trained in classical Hatha Yoga at the Sivananda Ashram, studied Vedanta philosophy, and deepened my understanding with mindfulness and breathwork. But more than the credentials, it’s the lived experience that shaped me – learning how to slow down, listen deeply, and live with intention.

Today, I guide seekers, caregivers, professionals, executives and leaders from around the world. Whether it’s through retreats, live sessions, or quiet one-on-one spaces, I help people reconnect with their inner calm, emotional strength, and mental clarity – in a way that’s gentle, grounded, and deeply human.

This isn’t about perfection – it’s about presence.
